We play a fun game called “Nail Salon.” In this activity, kids decorate their nails with colorful polish and fun little objects while we pretend to run a real nail salon. The role-playing parts of the game help develop children’s social skills, as they take turns being the customer and the nail artist. Painting nails also helps improve fine motor skills, focus, and attention, since children carefully apply the polish to small areas. Most importantly, it’s a very creative and exciting activity that kids truly enjoy.
